We're excited to work with you on custom commissions! Here's what you need to know:
• Submit a reference image or detailed description of the rug you’d like made.
• Pricing depends on size, detail and color count.
• A deposit is required before work begins.
• Once the design is approved and production starts, major changes cannot be made.
• Turnaround times vary based on workload and rug complexity, on average it’s 2-7 days .
• Remaining balance is due upon pickup or before shipping.
